Upstage Theatre Company was founded by owners and co-founders, Jolene Howard and Craig Howard.

JOLENE “GOLDIE” HOWARD: Co-Founder and Creative Director

Jolene Howard hails from Tucson, AZ where she obtained her M.F.A in Musical Theatre from the University of Arizona. She has performed in numerous stage productions throughout Arizona and Colorado, as well as a variety of commercials, industrials, and a TV pilot for The Weather Channel. She is also a playwright, director, producer, entrepreneur and writer. Fun fact: her great grandfather was a Vaudevillian performer who toured the US and Canada back in the hey day of Vaudeville!

CRAIG HOWARD: Co-Founder and Tech Director

Craig Howard has been performing for most of his life. He obtained his Vocal Music degree from the Kansas City Conservatory of Music and spent several years traveling the world performing with a variety of musical groups. Craig is an accomplished master carpenter and has spent numerous years behind the scenes as a technical director as well.
